Randy is the President and CEO of SERVPRO of Downtown Detroit/Highland Park and an award-winning franchisee, recently winning the 2019 Franchise of the Year and winning the 2004 Pinnacle Award. His franchises have been leaders within SERVPRO for the past 15 years, earning recognition as an Extreme Team Member of the Disaster Recovery Team. Randy has been in the restoration and construction industry for over 20 years with obtained certifications from the IICRC in Water Damage Restoration Technician and Applied Structural Drying. He maintains a Hazmat certification and a Michigan builder’s license.
